Senior Poster Show

During the fall semester, the Visual Communication Design Seniors hosted a Poster show in order to raise money for our end of the year Senior Exhibit. With the unexpectedness of COVID-19, we were unsure if we would be able to host an in-person poster show like previous years. We adapted to the unfortunate circumstances, and hosted a virtual version of our poster show event instead. All my classmates pitched a different theme and identity for the poster show. This poster was my proposal for our show's theme and identity. My poster depicts everything that goes into preparing the event, all of the emotions and logistics, while being fun and vibrant, capturing the feeling of senior year.

Programs: Illustrator and Procreate

The process

A main point in my inspiration for this poster where the colors of CMYK, I wanted to use the color mode that is known for printing. A lot of inspirations came for really colorful and vibrant posters that other designers have made.
