Digging a little deeper
Hello, I’m Paola! I’m a Graphic Designer based in Washington D.C. I graduated from the Herberger Institute of Design & the Arts, at Arizona State University. I dabble in a bit of everything: illustration, 2D animation, typography, book design, branding, motion graphics, packaging design, and more! If I'm not designing, I am sculpting handmade polymer clay pins/earrings, baking sweets, playing with my cat Nina, illustrating with watercolor/gouache paint, or playing Animal crossing.
My design approach is fun, structured, and unique. I enjoy working with all mediums, as well as learning new mediums that will aid me with expanding my creative knowledge. My favorite part about design is the beginning process of a project. I enjoy going deep into the research, drawing up multiple drafts, and having fun by experimenting with different ideas all before coming to my finalized idea. I would love to continue expanding my knowledge and creative boundaries in design.
